Meet with a trainer up to 5 times per week
Includes full nutritional support
Boot Camp: Beginner, Advanced, and Mixed Classes
Meet 3 times per week for 45 minutes
Groups of up to 20
Indoor & outdoor calisthenics, partner and team building exercises
Solid Kids

Groups for middle and high school students
45-minute sessions, designed for non-athletes who want to learn to eat healthy and fit fitness into their daily lives
Obstacle courses, fun fitness games, intro to weight training
Injury Rehabilitation & Disease Management
Training for adults and teens recovering from an injury
Programs for living better with diabetes, arthritis, and other chronic conditions
Includes exercise, re-injury prevention education, and the chance to reduce medication dependency
